Therapeutic Support Worker

Our ideal candidate will have a GCSE in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent, as well as experience working with pupils who have complex educational needs.
You will be instrumental in helping us develop our therapeutic approach to supporting pupils, enabling them to achieve successful outcomes.

As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to pupils in a 1:1 setting or small groups, including running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, and supervising pupils during outings.
You will also contribute to the development of our therapeutic approach and help our students develop valuable skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
