Therapeutic Support Specialist

Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.
About the Role We are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, for a 15-22 hour per week contract.
This rewarding role involves working with vulnerable adults, implementing a holistic approach to support their occupational and sensory needs.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing interventions, and providing training to staff and other agencies.
You will be part of a well-established and supportive team, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, assistant psychologist, and therapy assistants.
