Therapeutic Services Manager For Neurodiverse Needs

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care.
As a Specialist/Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in progressing the OT-specific therapeutic services where individuals have varying levels of functioning, many with autism diagnoses and associated complex and developmental trauma needs.
The post holder will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to meet the complex needs of vulnerable individuals, utilising a systemic and formulation-based approach.
You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work, requiring strong skills in data management.
