  As a Therapeutic Carer, you will:   \n Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
\n Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people.
\n Implement care plans and therapeutic interventions.
\n Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
\n Work collaboratively with a team of carers and professionals.
\n Participate in training and development opportunities.
\n Maintain accurate records and documentation.

\n Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
\n A relevant qualification in childcare or social care is desirable.
