Do you want to develop your career your way?We have exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our AfPP accredited Theatres Team as a Theatre Support Worker.
You will work alongside other members of the multidisciplinary team supporting a busy endoscopy list.
This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker who has a the ability to build a rapport with patients in a short period of time, and who is looking to progress their career in a clinical environment that will support your ongoing professional development to help you operate at your fullest potential.The hours of work will be 07:45 – 17:45 between Monday and Friday.
Main duties of the job As a Theatre Support Worker in Endoscopy you will: Prepare the endoscopy suite for procedures.
Collect patients for their procedures.
Support and monitor patients during their procedures.
Assist with the care, labelling and transportation of specimens.
Clean, decontaminate and maintain all endoscopic equipment.
