A GOOD-rated school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their vibrant and supportive team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs, adapting your approach to suit individual requirements.
Collaborate with the class teacher to create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.
Support students across the curriculum, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Develop resources and implement strategies to aid student learning and development.
Promote positive behavior, building students' confidence, independence, and self-esteem.
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and staff, providing updates on student progress and well-being.
Contribute to the school's safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe and caring environment for all students.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in working with children, ideally within an educational setting.
Knowledgeable about supporting children with additional needs and using effective strategies to enhance their learning.
A strong communicator who works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passionate about education, with a commitment to the welfare and development of all students.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Experience working with SEN students in primary or secondary education.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent.
Familiarity with the National Curriculum .
