A TAW agreement is a short-term licence which can be terminated at short notice.
You are taking on a temporary agreement only and as such some key elements of the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act will not apply.
TAWs cannot be assigned nor can sub-letting take place.
Even though this may only be a tenancy at will, you will need some form of capital behind you for cash flow and early expenses.
The actual amount of capital required for ingoings and the rent will be discussed with the Operations Manager.
Please be aware that for a TAW application, you will need an up-to-date Personal Licence to progress.
