40 per week Vacancy Type Permanent - Full Time The Bridge Group recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Deputy Manager at a a specialist autism service for eight adults.
The service is close to local amenities and within easy access to major bus routes, train stations and motorways linking it to the neighbouring towns of Bath and Bristol.
The role will involve working in an office environment and on the floor supporting individuals.
The candidate must be willing to be flexible with their working hours covering evenings and occasional night shifts as well as rotating on call duties.
The candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative, whilst supporting the registered manager.
They will need forward thinking, a strong work ethic and a desire to work as part of a team.
