The Best Connection | Part Time Administrator

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator based in the Eaglescliffe area for a well established company.
Training will be provided for this role, but an admin and warehouse/logistics background would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Deal with incoming telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Booking in & out drivers via company systems Liaise with customers, deal with enquiries and other administrative duties

Exceptional organisational skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills Integrity and confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
and the ability to learn new processes Good numeracy and literacy skills essential
Hours Of Work:
7am-5pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
30 hours a week plus some overtime available.

Pay Rates:
£12.00 per hour
