Key Responsibilities for the Test Technician Conduct pre-shipment testing and ensure all orders are accurate, licensed, and operational.
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing and hardware issues, contributing to product improvements.
Train subcontractor staff in production testing procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
Manage and maintain production test environments, records, and equipment.
Technical Requirements for the Test Technician Strong diagnostic skills, from system-level issues to individual components.
Fault finding, soldering and troubleshooting expertise.
Experience in process improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Valid driving license and willingness to work across multiple locations weekly.
