Test Lead

Full Time 37.5 hours, 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday The Test Lead will establish and lead our testing function, ensuring that software and systems are delivered with high quality and minimal defects.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust testing strategy, leading test planning and execution and managing the test team.
The Test Lead will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure alignment with quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality within the organisation.

The right candidate will have proven experience in software testing methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall plus proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail and automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner would be advantageous along with experience with cloud-based testing environments e.g.
AWS and Azure.

This role can benefit from our hybrid working policy which requires three days minimum working at our offices in Willand and up to two days working from home; however four or five days on site is also welcomed, especially during the initial weeks of settling in and throughout a six month probationary period.
