Have a strong housekeeping background from 300+ rooms properties and large Public Areas.
Have experience in managing large teams of over 100 team members Be a self - motivated, driven, hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better.
Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
Have experience in CAPEX and CPOR/HSK P&L accountability Be fully competent with HR processes/L&D Have experience in developing internal talent and proven evidence of driving team engagement.
Work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals.
Play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.
