Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing test procedures and protocols for manufacturing processes Implementing and executing test plans to ensure product quality and reliability Analyzing test results and identifying areas for improvement in product design and manufacturing processes Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Providing technical support and expertise to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Quality assurance certification is a plus
