Position Summary: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within a designated territory along the M4 Corridor.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators, to promote our medical devices and build strong customer relationships within the NHS.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
Product Knowledge: Learn and become a product specialist with a deep understanding of our product portfolio, which includes a wide range of medical devices used in critical care, pediatrics, and emergency medicine.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the territory.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Territory Planning: Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximize sales efficiency.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR Nursing qualifications / experience or relevant beneficial Proven track record of success in medical device sale s, ideally within the NHS.
Or a desire to transition into medical sales having worked in areas of Paediatrics, A&E, Critical Care, Intensive Care etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
