Territory Manager - Medical Devices (Critical Care) Location: East Anglia and East Midlands Are you looking to break into the medical device industry, or perhaps youre already in sales and eager to step into a field that makes a real impact on peoples lives?

Full product training, and an amazing support team will be in place to make sure you enjoy a smooth transition and hit the ground running in this team Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and ambitious Territory Manager to cover the East Anglia and East Midlands regions.
In this role, you will focus on promoting and expanding the companys innovative Vascular Access product range .
You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions that support the delivery of outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive sales and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare settings.
Provide training and support on the product range to healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the business.
Collaborate with the wider sales team and report directly to the National Sales Manager UK.
What We're Looking For: A passion for sales with a hunger to learn and develop within the medical device industry.
Previous experience in sales is advantageous, but medical device experience is not required .
Ambition to grow and progress in your career, with a desire to be part of a high-performance team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to managing your territory.
