Established for 3 years now, we achieved £750,000 turnover in year one and this year will turnover £200,000,000We are the fastest growing company in EuropeWe can offer you huge opportunity for career development Work in an environment of engagement, collaboration and inclusionSelling within one of the fastest growing categories of product that the FMCG market has seen in 10 yearsTerritory Account ManagerArea - Blackpool, Preston, Lancaster & BlackburnTHE ROLE OF TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER:As a Territory Account Manager you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners vape products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores.Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tacticsBuilding close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape productsDrive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches and closing dealsEnsuring high levels of customer serviceManage your time and territory plan effectively to maximise your productivityEnsure CRM systems are kept up to dateABOUT YOU:Essentials:A full driving licenseExperience within B2B or B2C sales positionsKeen to work in a fast paced, start-up environmentGreat team player with an outgoing personalityManages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivityCommercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targetsProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)WHAT WE OFFER:Base Salary up to: £32,500Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas£5,000 car allowanceiPhone and laptop5% pension£40 per month wellbeing allowanceWe are passionate about growth, we aim to provide every employee with a clear development plan, with regular reviews that enable you to achieve your career goals
