What You'll Do: As a Tendering Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving success by preparing high-quality, competitive tenders for clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Comprehensive Analysis: Evaluating project requirements and specifications to craft compelling tender responses and detailed cost estimates that clearly articulate the value proposition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, operations, QHSE & legal teams to gather insights and integrate innovative solutions into proposals.
Liaising & negotiating with third party suppliers & vessel brokers to achieve commercially competitive quotations.
Strategic Client Engagement: Engaging with clients to understand their unique needs and positioning subsea solutions to address their challenges effectively.
What We're Looking For: We seek a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment within the subsea engineering industry.
The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated expertise in tender preparation and a strong understanding of the full tendering process including quality tenders in the form of story telling.
Preferred experience tendering for ROV / Diving / Survey projects.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
A proactive, self driven and assertive approach with great attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
Thorough detail lead approach to comprise, review and present confidently all elements of the tender cost model.

Basic Salary range £45 to £55K p/a plus 25 days holiday, 5% employer pension contribution, private medical, death in service, travel & subsistence with optional, periodic visits to HQ, otherwise remote working nationwide available.
