You will collaborate with key partners to develop proactive and innovative interventions that build resilient tenants who are empowered to sustain their tenancies and engage with Trivallis and statutory support services using trauma informed approaches and making every contact count.What you'll be responsible for… Coordinating and facilitating interventions to ensure our tenants meet their own aspirations to address their support needs with the objective of promoting greater independence and confidence that will enable them to sustain their tenancy.Managing a caseload and carrying out in-depth needs and risk assessments with those identified as high risk of tenancy failure due to hoarding, ASB or lack of engagement.Delivering interventions to encourage engagementBenefits...We are committed to ensuring Trivallis is a great place to work.
