The Role Job Title: Tenancy Support Worker Hours: 22.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen to joinour dynamic team of Tenancy Support Workers.
If you are self motivated, enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same this role is for you!
We support people who are experiencing mental health issues, within both a supported living setting andthe community,to gain the confidence and daily living skills to live independently.You will be working with people who need support to help maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness.
You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
You must have a can do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box.
You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date.Working aloneand withinthe wider teams you must be able to take the initiative making decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to achieve positive outcomes.
