This role involves supporting a team of three Directors in a fast-paced environment at a boutique firm.
The working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, and the position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of three Directors Prioritise workloads through diary management, meeting preparation, and organisation of global travel and itineraries Assist with investor relations tasks as required Work in a small boutique office environment, ensuring smooth operations Requirements: Previous experience in financial services is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience supporting multiple Partners or Directors is advantageous Availability for immediate start We invite you to apply today if you are a passionate Team Assistant who thrives on the organisational aspects of supporting a team.
