Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trust's Resourcing function as a Temporary Staffing and Recruitment Projects Advisor.
The postholder will be responsible for delivering high level support and advice relating to temporary staffing, visas and immigration and various recruitment projects.
The postholder should have experience in Recruitment and Temporary Staffing and have knowledge of recruitment legislation, NHS pre-employment check standards and UKVI guidance and policies.

If you would like to discuss the role in more detail please contact Lee-anne Hutchison, Head of Resourcing and Workforce Information via email Main duties of the job The Temporary Staffing and Recruitment Projects Advisor will primarily take the lead in supporting the Trust with advice on temporary staffing and visas, as well as assisting departments with hard to fill vacancies.
Projects will focus on areas where the Trust is experiencing significant workforce challenges identified through the workforce plan.
The postholder will lead on the delivery of cohort recruitment including attraction, interviews, pre-employment checks, preparing for new arrivals and supporting the on-boarding and induction process.
They will support with the opportunity of applying for funding, reporting on progress and working with stakeholders at all levels.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to Degree level (or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience).
