You have management experience within school or local authority teams in SEN and have led the development and delivery of effective Continued Professional Development (CPD).

You are an articulate communicator both orally and in writing and can manage your workload effectively while working both collaboratively and independently.
You possess knowledge of remote communication systems, education data interpretation, budget management, and the statutory frameworks relating to SEND and Equality.
Qualified as a SENCO and a car owner/driver, you are adept at managing SEN casework and producing EHC plans.
Your proficiency is backed by your understanding of key legislation like The Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015.

This involves school-based consultancy in Enfield, organizing training for staff, and working on the SEND/Inclusion Professional Learning Programme with an annual budget of approximately £45,000.
You will lead projects with staff including SENCOs, and liaise with partners across various sectors.
Key responsibilities include planning and delivering school-based advice and training, monitoring and evaluation of teaching standards, providing feedback to senior leaders, and contributing to strategy development.
You will spend 60% of your time in schools, conduct audits, quality assure the work of external providers, and engage in continuous professional development.
