Job AdvertCOMPUTING & DIGITALLECTURER – Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology18 hours per weekTemporary until June £40,-£48, per annum pro-rataMotherwell CampusTo supplement our existing staff team, we would welcome applications from those interested in teaching Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology within the Lanarkshire Institute of Science & Technology.With practical experience in a relevant discipline, you must possess a broad range of knowledge within the Architectural sector and a high level of CAD ability using AutoDesk products such as AutoCAD and Revit.You should be qualified to HND (SCQF Level 8) or equivalent level of qualification, in an appropriate field.
Possession of a teaching qualification, and assessor or verifier units would be advantageous, and ideally you will have experience in delivering and developing the Further Education curriculum.With experience in Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology, you will have the skills necessary to support the teaching and development of these curriculum areas within the busy institute of Science & Technology.An effective communicator, and a highly motivated individual, you will have a passion for the subject and the ability to work to deadlines both within a team setting, and on your own.Closing date for applications: Monday 18th November at 4.30pm
