I am seeking an experienced HR Assistant, to undertake generalist duties and provide support to the HRBP team as directed, in all aspects of employee lifecycle including:
Recruitment administration & onboarding References & right to work checks Input & maintain accurate HR data files in accordance with GDPR Assisting with Subject Access Requests Disciplinary process administration Offboarding Any other ad-hoc HR Assistance, as directed by the HRBP team This role sits within a large and very busy HR department, at the heart of an NGO, so will provide a great amount of variety and exposure.

This is a 100% onsite role, working 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Payroll is via Simpson Judge, paid weekly, and salary on offer is up to £21 p/h plus holiday pay.
