Temporary Ea To International Director

Our client is extremely busy and requires a highly resilient, professional, and hands-on Executive Assistant to support their global C suite.
The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience supporting an international board with complex diary and travel management, event coordination and document production, as well as the ability to manage global commercial projects with ease and gravitas.Please note, this is a full-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.
This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.The core hours are 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week) and there will also be some out of hours support required.
Temporary EA ResponsibilitiesAs the Temporary EA some of your main duties will include:Extensive diary and travel managementPreempting needs of the Director proactivelyMeeting and greeting senior stakeholdersPreparing agendas and meeting proposalsMinuting complex meetingsActing as a point of contact for internal and external queriesEvent management Informing strategy with tailored reports and proposalsTemporary EA RewardsThis unique role offers a challenging and rewarding experience within an exciting business.
