TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR 10 - 11 WEEKS MONDAY - FRIDAY / 9AM - 3:30PM £11.63 PER HOUR LE19 - LEICESTER We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with both products and services.
Duties Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
Utilise phone etiquette to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.
Assist customers with product information, order processing and troubleshooting issues.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes during peak times.
Qualifications Contact centre experience is ESSENTIAL Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
