Assist in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
