Position: Telescopic Handler Operator Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, UK Project Type: Civils Project Salary: £19.00 per hour Hours: 07:30-17:00 Employment Type: Temporary with potential for long-term extension (Up to 2 Years+) Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo Safety Critical Medical certification DBS check (easy to complete online through GOV.UK) Skanska onboarding paperwork (can be completed on site) We are seeking a qualified Telescopic Handler Operator to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a long-term civils project in Tewkesbury.
This organisation is known for delivering high-quality infrastructure services and prioritising safety and team collaboration across sites.
Key Responsibilities: Operate a 14M telescopic forklift to manage on-site unloading, material delivery, and distribution across various areas.
Coordinate efficiently with site supervisors and teams to ensure timely material handling.
Adhere to site safety protocols and work within defined project specifications.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating a telescopic handler on civils or construction projects.
A strong safety mindset and attention to operational details.
Valid CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo.
Safety Critical Medical certification is required.
