\n \n As a Telesales Representative, you will: \n * Handle a high volume of customer calls and enquiries.
\n * Process finance applications accurately and efficiently.
\n * Take customer deposits and ensure correct details are recorded.
\n * Book appointments for customers at dealerships.
\n * Build your product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
\n * Achieve sales targets and contribute to team and company success.
\n \n To be successful in this role, you will need: \n * At least one year of telesales experience (motor trade experience preferred but not essential).
\n * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n * The ability to work well under pressure.
\n * Strong attention to detail.
\n * A passion for cars and a willingness to learn.
