Present in 23 countries with more than 8000 employees.
The purpose of the role is to manage and grow transactional customer portfolio, this will be achieved by making a high volume of outbound calls.
To have direct accountability for growing sales within a designated patch and to transact these sales online.
Using the CRM system and ensuring that the database is accurate and up to date.
To liaise directly with Regional Account Managers and our national branch network to pursue opportunities to increase webshop sales.
Key Responsibilities Maintain regular contact with your designated portfolio with a key focus on ecommerce sales.
High volume of outbound call, preparing quotations and assisting with live chat.
Provide customers with information and guidance on relevant Rubix products and services.
Primarily EB and core product range and pushing for Webshop sales.
Gain intelligence on requirements of the customers and then insert this onto CRM system.
Following up on customer enquiries and preparing quotations for customers all within a timely manner.
Managing and keeping track of current and newly on boarded Web accounts.
To carry out data inputting and admin tasks as operationally required.

Persuasive communication: Working as a partnership you need to be able to communicate effectively about what's happening across the customer base with each other.
You'll also need to be able to sell effectively on the phone, relish Video Conference selling, explaining clearly and concisely how Rubix will help their business.
Good PowerPoint skills and written communication skills are also essential.
Basic IT skills: Able to use and pick up Microsoft packages.
Good Excel knowledge is an advantage.
