In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume cold calls to potential customers, generating new leads, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and introducing our products/services.
Sales Conversion: Drive sales by effectively pitching, negotiating, and closing deals over the phone.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Database Management: Record customer interactions, sales activity, and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales, resolve queries, and foster long-term relationships.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to ensure you can effectively present our offerings to prospects.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales team and management to align strategies, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or B2B/B2C sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Strong phone manner, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a competitive edge to push for results.
Resilience: Comfortable with making high-volume cold calls and handling objections in a professional manner.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and prioritize calls, keeping accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking sales activities.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, while also being self-sufficient in driving results.
Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
