We are now in the position to advertise for a talented and results driven Telesales Executive.
As an effective telesales executive, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills and comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
You will provide industry leading service to our customers while supporting the foodservice sales team developing new and existing business.
To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be influential and able to work in a high-pressure environment, demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Main Duties Utilise inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets through upselling and product knowledge.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products Enter and update customer information in the database, including telesales call cycle, product information and customer details.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner Preserve the companys reputation by building relationships and going the extra mile for our customers.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase products and services, asking questions to understand requirements Generate quality leads for the sales team to pursue Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Provide clerical support within the business.
This will include maintaining records and reports, sorting, organising and retrieving company files and information.
About you Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g.
CRM software, Microsoft) and telephone systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent customer service
