With a strong market presence since 1999, the company provides bespoke end-to-end distribution services to wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.
Recently, they've launched an exciting new range of products into the NHS and they are now looking for a talented telesales professional to help drive them forward.
Role and Responsibilities: Develop and drive new business through telesales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service, meeting both daily and monthly sales targets.
Manage and grow a database of target customers, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to create and seize sales opportunities and build a strong knowledge of the product range to offer valuable customer insights and solutions.
Process orders, generate quotations, and manage customer accounts to hit KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
Person Specification: Previous telesales experience is required.
Strong customer service skills with an ability to identify needs and opportunities.
A goal-oriented mindset, able to work to deadlines and meet targets.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
