Proud Winners of the 2024 Education Business Award - Educational Resource (Primary) Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Commission Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Office-Based) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm Your Role in the Band: Connect with schools over the phone, showcasing how iRock changes lives through music.
Generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and guide schools through the telesales journey.
Research potential clients, build a solid sales pipeline, and secure school assembly appointments for our field team.
Represent iRock at conferences (as needed), sharing our story and expanding our brand.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure schools receive exceptional support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
What Makes You Our Star Player?
A confident, engaging phone manner and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telesales environment.
Experience in telesales (education sector experience is a bonus but not essential).
Strong communication skills and a natural talent for building rapport over the phone.
Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
A keen eye for detail and strong research skills.
