Overview We have positions available for permanent & temporary (3 months) telesales roles.
To execute the Barmy Army sales targets for Travel, Members, Tickets and Events.
You will have the ability to progress quickly with a rapidly growing company working in the sports industry.
The sales targets will be driven on a project-by-project basis in order to deliver on the wider growth of the brand.
You will be tasked with making outbound calls and creating sales leads through the pipeline.
The role is Monday-Friday (9:00-17:00), with the option to work overtime during busy periods on the weekends.
Responsibilities: Execute outbound calls/emails to potential/existing customers to meet and exceed revenue targets for Barmy Army travel packages, events etc.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2C customers, including cricket fans and travel enthusiasts, to drive ticket sales and travel package bookings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies and maximise revenue potential continuously.
Skills and attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities.
