ROLE OVERVIEW As part of the wider Sales Team, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual targets by sourcing, maintaining, developing and exploiting business opportunities in multiple sectors selling our Two-Way Radio range, or as otherwise agreed, to maintain and develop sales of Critico's products and services, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Working together with the Radio head to arrange appointments and meetings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in outbound calling campaigns to grow Criticos customer base, with campaign support provided.
Move prospects through sales cycle from lead to close accepting many opportunities will close in a single call and others will require multiple follow ups Build excellent relationships with influencers and decision makers in target organisations Identify and convert cross sell and upsell opportunities Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call centre and management team and process sales transactions using internal provisioning systems Ensure prospect and customer data is maintained in company systems (CRM) Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction Manage other customer contacts where required (inbound, email, chat etc) Direct prospects to the Radio head when appropriate Continually update knowledge of company products, services and policies Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices and benefits as well as companies service offerings.
