The Role and responsibilities· Answering all incoming calls in a timely manor· Making outgoing calls to ensure satisfaction of our customers· Creating MOT Voucher invoices· Group Admin such as updating the website and 3rd party websites and more· Franking and Mail merge's for the group· Distributing emails to the correct location & department· Keeping updated logs of all incoming calls for the separate departments· Inputting & Updating of GDPR'S for the groupWhat we are looking for· Someone to be able to demonstrate previous experience in customer service, exceeding client expectations and handling client requests· Someone who is confident in problem solving skills· The ability to multi-task· Excellent telephone and written communication skills· Experienced in prioritising and effectively dealing with customer requirements· The ability to hit suitable targets· IT literate with ability to use different software applications· Experienced in Data entry· Accurate attention to details· Someone who is confident in working alone and within a teamWe are looking for office; call centre or customer service experience.
