You will manage the provisioning of broadband, VoIP, and other telecom services, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and high-quality service activation.The ideal candidate would have already worked in the telecoms industry in a provisioning role or have some basic understand of industry language.Key ResponsibilitiesService Provisioning: Oversee the end-to-end provisioning process for telecoms and broadband services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Customer Activation: Configure and activate customer services, including broadband lines, routers, and VoIP platforms.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with carriers and service providers to manage orders, monitor progress, and resolve issues.Network Configuration: Support the setup of network elements, including static IPs, VLANs, and other configurations as needed.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve provisioning-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of provisioning activities, customer configurations, and service updates.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in provisioning workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Skills and ExperienceTelecoms Knowledge: In-depth understanding of broadband technologies (, ADSL, FTTC, FTTP), VoIP, and network principles.Provisioning Tools: Experience with telecoms provisioning platforms and CRM systems.Technical Expertise: Familiarity with network configuration, IP address management, and routing protocols.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues quickly.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders.Experience: 2+ years in a similar role within the telecoms or broadband industry.How to Apply
