The company designs and delivers advanced RF and microwave technologies for applications ranging from specialist equipment to large-scale telecommunications and defence systems.

The role focuses on the design and development of RF and microwave components and systems, ensuring they meet electrical performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.

Design and develop RF/mmWave sub-circuits, modules, and systems for telecommunications and defence applications.
Collaborate with mechanical design engineers to integrate electromechanical concepts into your designs.
Work with the electronics/PCB design team to create high-frequency PCB layouts and support electronics.
Analyse system performance, including RF chain line-up and thermal performance, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare and maintain design documentation such as design logbooks, technical data packs, and reports.
Verify and validate designs through testing, preparing test specifications and reliability testing reports.
A degree in RF/Communications Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficiency with RF design tools such as Microwave Office, ADS, CST, or EMPro.
Experience in RF/microwave circuit and system design, including tolerance analysis and design for manufacturability.
