You possess a thorough knowledge of customer care principles and have a commitment to best practices in social care, along with basic first aid skills.
Your organizational skills enable you to plan and prioritize effectively, managing your workload under pressure without direct supervision.
You are proficient in using IT packages such as Word, Excel, email, and the internet.
Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including team members, public bodies, and service users, sets you apart.

You are prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and hold a full clean driving license.
What the Job Involves As a Telecare Officer, you will contribute to a team providing front-line Telecare service, being the first point of contact for calls and requiring action or visits by Telecare officers.
You will assess situations and take appropriate actions such as home visits, welfare checks, or providing first aid or personal care.
This role involves assessing, installing, programming, and instructing on Telecare equipment usage, as well as troubleshooting, replacing, or removing equipment in service user homes.
You will support the implementation and provision of Telecare services and liaise with council staff and other agencies to uphold high service standards.
The job requires flexibility to work according to a 24/7 rota pattern, including out-of-hour shifts.
