Proven success in coaching sales teams in methodologies that deliver results Experience exceeding revenue targets ideally in a fast growth tech scale up Knowledge of their customer base finance, legal or professional services is valuable Here's what you'll be doing in the first 12 months: Leading your team to achieve new logo wins and retention Pure management role that motivates and brings out the best in people Coaching and growing your team of 5-10 consultative sales people Collaborating with leaders, marketing and pre sales to get the best from your team Working remotely, on customer sites and from the office once per week Next Steps This Sales Manager opportunity won't be around for long.
