Key Responsibilities: Review, advise on, and process technical requests from customers for customized product solutions.
Address technical inquiries on hydraulic products, applications, and system recommendations.
Interpret and analyze customer hydraulic circuits to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
Develop custom solutions using QuickDesign.
Provide critical support to Sales Managers during customer engagements.
Prepare sales quotations and proposals, including cost calculations.
Project manage solutions from conception through to customer delivery.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to develop proposals tailored to customer needs.
Recommend cost-effective solutions to optimize product usage and efficiency.
Set up and maintain part records in the MRP system.
Provide field support for installation and hands-on troubleshooting as needed.
Primarily office-based; however, travel within the UK & Ireland may be required.
Support production departments on customer orders when necessary.
Conduct onsite training Manage warranty returns and provide relevant support.
Identify, interpret, and implement ISO and customer-specific standards and requirements.
Uphold and demonstrate core company values in all interactions and responsibilities.
