Technical Support Engineers (L2 & L3) To support our ambitious growth plans we currently have a number of new opportunities for experienced Technical Support Engineers,preferably with experience in a managed services environment,who are keen to progress their career with a successful and growth orientated Managed Security and Services Provider; that operates under a Security First ethos.

Job Summary:Our Engineers are responsible for delivering professional and knowledgeable client support, respecting agreed resolution SLAs and ensuring our customers have a diligent and engaging experience.
We are keen to attract motivated, ambitious and technically skilled support engineers across our existing support team based in Antrim.
We are particularly interested in candidates with competencies/experience in the following; At least 3- 5 years experience in a technical support role.
Strong Networking skills.
Switching, Firewalls, Routers.
Windows Server and Virtualisation (VMware and Hyper-V).
Windows based operating systems, competent Office 365 administrator.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management.
Veeam Backup Solutions or similar product.
Microsoft related qualifications and certifications.
Possess strong written documentation skills and have excellent verbal communication skills.
