Technical Support Engineer - Level 3

My client are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic and growth-focused Managed Security & Services Provider team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our support team based in Antrim.
Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
Required Experience and Skills: +3 years of experience in a Level 3 support role, with strong networking expertise.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and vitalisation technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
In-depth experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Experience with Veeam Backup Solutions (or similar backup products).
Microsoft-related certifications and qualifications are essential.
Desirable Skills: Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Practical experience with networking equipment, including switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points (APs).
