Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance on the installation, configuration, and operation of robotic systems.
Solve complex technical issues using your expertise in C++ programming and system diagnostics.
On-Site & Remote Support: Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting, training, and system demonstrations to clients across the globe.
Customer-Focused Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to help customers maximize the potential of their systems.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal engineering, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What Were Looking For A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Proficiency in C++ programming, with experience in coding and debugging technical applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in robotics, sensors, actuators, or control systems.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deliver training and presentations.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site support and training.
