Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to global clients for embedded software solutions post-deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving embedded C/C++ software, scripting, and video processing.
Work with embedded processors, ASICs, and FPGAs to diagnose and implement solutions.
Collaborate closely with R&D to ensure smooth transitions between hardware and software support.
Manage customer escalations, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and quality.
Document resolutions and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Act as a technical liaison post-delivery, fostering strong client relationships through proactive support.
Key Requirements: Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash).
Experience with embedded processors, ASICs, and FPGAs.
Knowledge of video coding/processing (codecs, encoding/decoding) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
Clear and effective communication skills for technical discussions and client interaction.
