What You'll Do As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will help ensure the highest levels of customer service and team performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing technical enquiries from both internal teams and customers to improve service and satisfaction.
Analysing technical data through a remote support system to find ways to improve engineer performance.
Working with the team leader to solve more complex issues.
Supporting the remote diagnostic system and helping to develop it further for a sustainable future.
Building in-depth knowledge of the company's products and using that knowledge to provide effective support.
Communicating with customers and colleagues using various methods, including phone, video calls, and remote tools, to resolve enquiries.
Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to provide excellent technical support.
About You We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has strong technical skills, and works well in a team.
You should have:
Engineering qualifications, such as NVQ or City & Guilds, along with practical engineering experience.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Confidence using IT systems and analysing data to create detailed reports.
A team-focused attitude and the ability to work closely with others.
A proactive mindset to identify and suggest improvements.
Flexibility to travel within the UK when required.
A full UK driving license.
