To resolve a wide range of complex issues relating to facilities within buildingsAbout the RoleTo develop a broad understanding of all County Council departments and their services, resolve a wide range of enquiries, take direct ownership and responsibility for resolving customer queries as the first point of contact.
Accurately capture and input data obtained from customers, identify potential complaints and deal with them in a proactive manner, resolve problems and where necessary escalate issues using set procedures.
