You will provide an exceptional standard of customer service when answering calls and responding to emails or tickets.
Technical Support Advisors are expected to work independently and use their own initiative whilst still working effectively as part of their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and our customer portalLog calls accurately, with a high level of detail on our CRM systemProactively deal with Customers queriesCarry out support query resolutionAssist in retrieving CCTV footage for customers via the Cubo PortalProvide information to customersSchedule engineer visits with customers and organise relevant equipment and provide technical support to engineers when requiredSet up of tracking equipment, both software and hardwareKnowledge of electrical wiring and interest in electrical engineering desirable but not essentialMaintain a positive attitude and a high level of customer service at all timesAny other duties as may be reasonably required.Compliance with the DCC Code of Conduct and other Group Policies.RequirementsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsInterest in technologyGood problem solving and decision making skillsCompetent in Microsoft ApplicationsA high level of self-motivation together with a willingness to learn new skills.A flexible and enthusiastic approach to the job.Great attention to detailBenefitsSalary - £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experienceAnnual Leave - 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.Excellent benefits package.
