About the Role: Take the lead in keeping our operations running smoothly!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team and ensure the seamless maintenance of our company plants, facilities, and utilities.
In this role, you will manage spare parts and inventory efficiently, analyse performance using key KPIs, and drive improvements in availability and utilisation.
You will also lead and inspire a dedicated team of stores personnel, ensuring everything is running at its best.

Main Responsibilities: As the Technical Stores Manager, you will oversee all administrative activities related to stock management, including defining policies, coordinating stock replenishments, and managing purchase requisitions and orders for technical store items.
You will also be responsible for supervising spare parts storage processes, ensuring proper input, exit, accounting, and inventory management.
A key aspect of this role involves evaluating vendor performance and ensuring the effective use of vendor rating systems to maintain strong supplier relationships.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers on contract negotiations, renewals, and lead monthly review meetings to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Working alongside the Technical Sourcing team, you will support re-tender activities and contract assessments, while driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with Ferrero's group standards.
In addition, you will prepare and communicate budgets, as well as year-to-date financial reports related to stock and technical store management.
Partnering with the Maintenance Team, you will help monitor supplier performance and define stock criticality to optimise management and control costs.
Furthermore, you will lead continuous improvement efforts by defining, tracking, and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance performance.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone with prior experience in a planning and management environment, along with a strong background in stock control.
You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and CMMS systems and have experience in contract management and contractor control.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, as well as the capacity to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
As a people manager, you will need strong interpersonal skills to support and guide your team.
You will also need a high level of problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and explain data, responding to questions with accurate information.
You should be able to challenge data, identify errors, evaluate trends, and provide insightful analysis.
Strong negotiation skills will be beneficial, along with the ability to communicate effectively with external partners.
Experience with SAP is also an advantage.
